The WATERFIN TP sealant stripping is used for the flexible and permanent sealing of contact and edge joints, pipes and ducts through walls and floors, outlets in pools, tanks and showers, and for the sealing of vertical and horizontal surfaces provided with the WATERFIN PV flexible polymer-cement grout. The WATERFIN TP sealant stripping is intended for use in permanently moist environ-ments such as those of swimming pools, bathrooms, car wash facilities, food manufacturing establishments, showers, kitchens, and the like. Concrete, fully pointed brickwork, cement renderings, cellular concrete, gypsum board, ce-ment grouts and mortars, cast bitumen, etc., are all suitable surfaces for applications of this product. In the preparation of waterproofing barriers, the WATERFIX XP(TH), or MONCRETE MONOMIX XP(TH) mortars are particularly suitable backing materials.
